Important Expectations

Custom builds and themed installations are created specifically for your event and require additional design, sourcing, and preparation time. Because these setups are not part of our standard rental inventory, pricing and timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the concept, materials required, and the level of customization involved.

To move forward with a custom project, we ask that clients provide inspiration photos or a clear description of the vision they have in mind. Our team will review the concept to determine feasibility and provide a proposal outlining the design, pricing, and setup details.

Custom projects typically require additional lead time to allow for planning, material sourcing, and construction. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project and begin the design process. Once approved, our team will handle the creation, delivery, and installation to ensure everything is set up properly for your event.

Because these builds are made specifically for each client, certain elements or materials may not be reusable for future events, which can affect pricing. Final costs will depend on the scale of the installation, materials used, and delivery location.
